Nothing in return? We are surely giving them relief in FAR 117 extensions and FRMS that will enable ULF that is key to their long-term strategy and a two year extension instead of negotiating a full Section 6 contract in the best negotiating environment imaginable for pilots. Management thinks strategically and long-term and we tend to fixate on pay rates.
