Also if you are a through flight you get higher priority in the hub. Also consider traveling on less busy days. It's a crap shoot sometimes. You do get annual vacation pass which gives you a higher priority.
Oh ok, so lets say you get bumped, on the next flight your time of check it for the previous flight holds your spot on that flight?
Also, do I understand that when you mark yourself on vacation, your a higher level of priority?
