They're still on the list, aren't they?

And you're talking about employee numbers, not seniority numbers. Totally different animal, even though you're entirely correct that 25xxx employee numbers are now flowing, with 14x seniority numbers.

There were 25 of us hired outside of the flow back in May. They treated us like flows as I’m still on the seniority list. We have PER next to our names.

Wow, that's crazy. I mean, you're definitely cheaper to pay over at AAG these days than in the left seat of the CRJ.....

All that said, LOA 5 states that anyone hired at AA, either flow or OTS, is treated the same way, so personal leave and all that. Little known fact.

Definitely cheaper for AA. $91 vs $400 something lol. That’s ok, I still don’t regret my decision. It’ll pay off one day… hopefully haha.
