We have been offered the same pay improvements but the union does not like the strings that come attached in the form of 7 additional LOAs

Well that seems like an issue they are going to need to sort out quickly haha.

They needs to just up the hourly pay to match LCC’s and stop giving us blood money bonuses and people will stay. Scheduling is the issue with crew efficiencies, not SAP.

My head is all over the place. I have 3 CJO's from PSA, Envoy and Endeavor. I was leaning towards Endeavor until this morning. IDC what major or LCC I end up at and I plan on moving to base. Should Endeavor still be my number 1 choice or are the other two probably a better place to be now following the announcement?

My buddy at PSA said the new rates were not approved for ya'll yet either, what's that all bout? He says they should be approved soon.

PSA wants to implement all the changes that go along with the other 2 companies getting the pay raise. Get rid of SAP and use PBS. The problem lies within crew scheduling and not SAP. These people cannot be trusted to build a schedule for anyone. The pay raise is only for 2 years. After that it can (and probably will) go back to the subpar rates they are now. Basically this is temporary fix in our pay to stop everyone from running for the exits but making lasting changes in our scheduling and QOL. Go to the regional you can drive to. If you don't live in base and have to commute do your research on which company has the best scheduling. I'll give you a hint: It's not PSA.
