May I ask what the current time to the left seat is and does it make a difference if you are rated or not on the CRJ? Thank you.

Its dropping daily, accelerated by opening of DCA. Managements best guesses are two years. CRJ rating will net you an extra $6000 or so in sign on bonus.

I believe it's $5,000 only. Upgrades are currently at august/Sept 2014 new hires for the most junior bases. There are still plenty holding off for clt or a round one schedule.

Heard rumor PSA training was overloaded and bouncing a lot out of sims... any more truth to that?

Stretched a bit, but not overloaded. I haven't heard that our pass/fail rate has changed significantly from the average over the past couple of years.

It's possible to infer that the failure rate may trend up as the number of "quality" candidates is slim and they may be hiring more questionable people in the hopes that they can still make it through, but no hard numbers are ever given so it's hard to truly judge.

Knowing many of the sim instructors personally I know this doesn't go on here at all.

Sorry, yes it is 5000 the new hire bonus was increased to 16520 got the numbers crossed up in my head. So 21520 total for new hires then the 20k retention bonus on your one year anniversary on top of all the other great benefits
