Endeavor has major stagnation at the top level. Some were awarded a cherry sweet seniority number, and have no intention moving on, and I don't blame them. There should be some movement, but most are in it for the long run. Basically we need more airframes to make this place worth it. Again...reserve IS NOT A CHOICE! Not when bills have to be paid. I was hired in February. Was reserve 2 months, got a line, reserve the next month, now 3 months with a line. December I had 15 days off, and it looks like 15 off for January. I'll make 60K this year with referral and retention bonuses. This place far from sucks, I made a lateral move here and my QOL and income skyrocketed. Best regional right now.
