I'm guessing the 3000 out of training bonus won't be enough and the company will exercise the 10K, which is great for new hires. That puts a new hire at 57000. ($30 x 75 x 12 + 10k completion of training bonus + 20K retention bonus = 57000) and that's before any extra credit in any month and before per diem etc.... The FOs that are on property now are not making more than $39. If you compare their base wage: $38.97 x 75 x 12 plus the 23000 retention bonus that puts on property FOs at $58,073 before extra flying and per diem. I think that if the company exercises the 10K option then they may need to grease current FO palms as well. Last nights conference call sounded like it's already a done deal. I'm sure the reps are going to vote yes
