Sorry to drag this thread back from the dead, but I thought Evergreen was dead. But, low and behold, if you go on Flightaware.com, you'll see that you can track EIA registered airplanes, working for Evergreen International Airlines, based in McMinnville, OR.

Right now EIA8218, a D328, is flying from London City (EGLC / LCY) to Billund (EKBI / BLL), and these flights were CX'd today:

EIA8210 D328 London City (EGLC / LCY) Billund (EKBI / BLL) Tue 09:45AM GMT
EIA8207 D328 Hamburg (EDDH / HAM) London City (EGLC / LCY) Tue 05:00PM CET
EIA8208 D328 London City (EGLC / LCY) Hamburg (EDDH / HAM) Tue 06:20PM GMT

So, the certificate is still alive, huh? Anyone know if any of the former EIA pilots ended up flying this, or how the EIA certificate ended up doing this 328 flying?
