The facts you present don't matter to a small, but quite savage pack of jackals here as it is not in-line with their interests. People who frequent this board are illiterate, or as eaglefly is so fond of stating, they ignore everything that doesn't fit their conspiratorial agenda.
Anybody with half a brain can search these boards and find out exactly why the projections are what they are, the associated potential points of failure, and what reality will most likely deliver.
No s hi t there's no 2.5 year upgrade. Quit and get re-hired so you can restart the clock and get it. NOBODY hired last year will see a 2.5 year upgrade. NOBODY.
MAYBE some hired in 2016 will.
