I work at envoy and I have seen it massively deteriorate over the last 2 years. Schedules are horrendous. In the past we have had a great amount of variety with day trips, 2 days, 3 days, and 4 days. We now only have 4 day trips. 90% or more of those trips are a waste of time blocking 50-70 hours and getting credit for 72. Nearly half of our pilot group is on reserve. The company arbitrarily decides to give 4am raps to reserve. They decide to close bases on a whim and then realize they want a temporary satellite base to cover flying that was given away.

I am sorry to say that I would not recommend any of my friends to come here at this time. The only glimmer of hope is that American will continue to hire and this flow through will start to create some movement.
