Success rate for an off the street interview at Delta is much high than through the guaranteed interview program (I've heard around 95%), but then again endeavor does guarantees you the interview, you just have no way of knowing if the interview will be successful. the pass rate is so bad many have "coined" the term "its a coin toss" to describe the possible success at the Delta Guaranteed Interview. Pay is decent for a regional and Endeavor is a good place to work, but they DO NOT have a flow for us to Delta, and they reject nearly half of our pilots at the Delta Interview.
