It was basically just a raise, total package amounts to between 4K to 6K depending on position with increased vacation pay, bonus pay and other misc. things (parking and DH pay). Look at the days off for junior line holders in january...unheard of. 16-17 days off for junior guys..reserve numbers capped=more guys get lines vs reserve. This package was pretty good..not great.
