Envoy has a lot to catch up on if they're expecting to achieve the 2.5/6 upgrade.
- more advertising to gain more pilots
- more salary for first year FOs
- Bettet work rules in regards to min day duty pay and RSV.
The downside is AAG will not give Envoy what they need because they think flow is enough.
On the upside, AA is has taken a liking to the Envoy flow throughs/new hires and want more. There's actually around 100 Envoy pilots in the street hire pool waiting for a class. So with addition to flow, this will help out with upgrades, unless AAG's plan is to shrink Envoy down to a 40 aircraft airline.
