Those things are torture devices. My seat mate was was moving all 4 hours trying to find a good position. The arm rests are way too low for a normal person and the plastic seat frame jams into your knees if you sit in a position where you can place your arms on the armrest. I miss the days of the blue thick cloth padded seats on United, it was like sitting on one of those 90s lazyboys.
