It is a nice start, particularly how crappy their TA was, cleaning house does wonders. I didn't miss the point my overunder of 18 months looks pretty good, what is your guess on an approved Delta TA. They are nice pay rates, wouldn't trade my crappy A Plan, sick policy, or vacation for them though. Our contract wasn't perfect, so far I am happy. I'll let you know how I feel in 6 years.
