But if you like the idea of somebody who could see the pilots' perspective, a rotation of chairs might be in order. Not that it necessarily matters if your hands are tied from above.
While I would agree that no one on the fourth floor is very good at seeing things from a pilots perspective, I have to laugh at the idea of OC having more of a pilot perspective than SD or JG.
