If I were you I'd ignore the flow carrot. It's really a program for retention not recruiting.

If you remove the lifers and the guys hired since 07 there really aren't very many quality people "stuck" regionals. In fact I have yet to meet a pilot with the all the boxes checked, and no dirty laundry, hired prior to 07 whose phone hasent rang.

Except that you can't apply to American while you're at PSA. So you might as well count out getting hired at one of the major airlines while you're a PSA pilot. At least until you flow after 12 years. The fact that American wholly owns PSA but does not allow their pilots to apply outside the flow is beyond me. You're worse off going to a non WO. And don't think that will be renegotiated as the contract is valid for another 8 years.
