Be prepared to answer "tell me about a time questions" with a "situation, action, result" format. Results should always be good, even if it is a lesson learned. Relax and enjoy the process, don't be arrogant, emphasize "we" and "us," not "me" and "I." Think hard about situations you have had in the past, both flying and with other people you have worked with, so you can reference them. There are no technical questions. Don't second guess the process, just have fun, you would not have the interview if you were not experienced enough, so they want to see if you fit into the company "culture." Good luck.
