I hear low time guys interviewing with PSA ~ 3 months before they're projected to hit their 121 mins and getting a seniority date. Are those guys really held more senior than someone who is offered and accepts a job today?

If so, how far out will PSA recruiting offer a seniority date/number before you get to training?
