Yup. 1 call in sick is 4-5 months sick time. And I find it ridiculous that 14 days of vacation in a month still has me working 8 days besides. But no mind, this thing will pass 70% easily thanks mostly to the guys within 5-8 years of retirement. My $.02. Just a wag.
