There is another group who may be inclined to vote yes, those whose lives (jobs, contracts, TAFCountry) have improved significantly since they landed here. Its hard to blame them but if they knew about the HUGE QOL hit the majors have taken since four airplanes were hijacked, and how we've been forced to bail our employers out time and again, perhaps they'd understand why some us remain so recalcitrant. Glad to see that you, as a recent hire understand and object to the status quo.
We'd ALL like a nice pay raise next month, but there is more to a job at a major than the first and fifteenth. Contractual erosion is insidious and corrosion. During our darkest days, the old hats counseled us to give them the money, but none of the rules. That has been proven to be excellent advice.
Think long term, especially you FNG's. If you don't, one day you'll reflect upon these as the good old days.
