Think long term, especially you FNG's. If you don't, one day you'll reflect upon these as the good old days.
Absolutely. I have no 121 experience save the past 30 months but I can see the writing on the wall. There are some really bad parts of this UPA. I just think almost all the very senior guys will vote yes. The bottom 800ish, those most affected by junior reserve, can't vote. This will pass easily. The company knew that. I will enjoy the pay raise but will have to avoid calling in sick for a while to get my sick time up. I'll also be bitter that they can pay/work me 5-8 hrs a day when I'm here but only 3.5 when I'm not.
