Thank you in advance.
The interviews consist of a 25 question test and a panel interview. Mine was with a pilot and an HR woman. I later found out that some of the information they gave me was incorrect, like how you can apply to AA outside the flow, while the pilot interviewing me insisted that you could not. Just beware of that. I was also told there would be a sim portion like they had done in the past, but no profile was given to me and I found out the day of the interview that there was no sim part. The 25 question test was the same as the ones in the past, so study the gouge. Honestly they can't find half as many pilots as they plan to hire, so as long as you look at the gouge you'll be fine. Best of luck!
