You make good points. I'm trying to determine what they do have for travel,,, jumpseats on AA, I believe, but any jumpseat is going to be a hard way to live going to CVG. The place is tough to get to. Have to connect. I live out west which is even worse. Then there is crashpad considerations. Crashpad and probably a few unavoidable airline ticket expenses are going to be costly. There goes the salary and the 10 days off?
I'm finding it difficult to quantify just what life would be like. I think they used to have home basing. Now that expense/hassle is shifted to the pilot via commuting and crashpad
