It’s Europa-land and not the litigation theme park this country is.
Not American passengers either.

Possibly waiting until the next business quarter to do the deal or something like that.

I genuinely have no idea. I logged on to here to see if anyone knew yet.
Definitely not Allegiant?

FYI... This is the "rumor" that is being discussed over in the Allegiant forum.
But, I wouldn't hold your breath...

Swift Air/Allegiant hook up

I just heard a rumor from someone that was 100 percent sure that a new Swift Air investor was buying Allegiant and paying top dollar. He knew all the specifics and it's so crazy that there may be some truth to it. Sounds pretty far fetched to me and makes no sense whatsoever, but crazier things have happened.

Apparently the owners of Swift Air LLC are very solvent. Would be nice if they raised pay before trying to grow without the infrastructure. My guess is if they buy a big airline like allegiant it would stay as a separate Operating certificate. Dynamic(Eastern) and Swift are on a separate certificate even though the 767 is painted in Swift colors. Looks like an abortion.
Hella curious.
