Default Thinking About Sun Country?

Can't figure out how to post photos on here. Follow link below. Do you really want to work for a company that is blatantly attempting to mislead pilot candidates?

Those compensation numbers obviously include more then just pay rate at 75 hours. I’m sure they include Healthcare, PDOs, parking, etc. Sounds like something a bottom feeder regional would do. Also if one of your biggest recruitment tools is the walk from parking to KCM, you must have very low standards.

Yep....management here smoking crack. Why would you come here. 20k training contract. Pay for your own hotel during training. First year pay less than regionals. 10 days off on reserve. 14 year CPT pay 176/hr. But they had me at covered parking

The second year figures are based on you leaving SY to fly for a legacy, only way they are close to possible.

I want some of the "earnings potential" instead of the actual earnings. Real numbers are not even close to this. Trips so inefficient there is no way to earn that money even with the contractual raises over the next two years.

They must have added the first and second year pay together to come up with the third year pay. Oh, wait... Won't even make that third year number over three years.
