Can't go by DOH since many captains and FOs are and have interviewed out of seniority. This is due to more senior candidates applying later than their junior colleagues.
Only a few seniors are now going, it's mostly 05' hires flowing to American.
Someone hired in 13' will probably flow in three years or less. It will take a long time for mid 14' and after though.
