This may have been asked before and if it has I apologize. I think I read somewhere that the airline provides hotels to commuters 4 times a month. Maybe I just dreamed about that...I don't know. Is this true?

Also...does someone who commutes have to get a crashpad? It makes sense to me that one would need too but I'm not sure as I'm new to this and just want to make an informed decision before accepting a potential offer of employment. I mean....20k for the first year while having to also pay for another place is going to be a little tight.
Any advice would be appreciated.
