Also...does someone who commutes have to get a crashpad? It makes sense to me that one would need too but I'm not sure as I'm new to this and just want to make an informed decision before accepting a potential offer of employment. I mean....20k for the first year while having to also pay for another place is going to be a little tight.

Why go to a regional that only pays 20k? Other regionals are paying more with commuter clause.
