I believe the DL definition of PTIX is more generous. BUT, UAL retains a 20% trigger with the big rate increase. DL wanted to raise the 20% trigger in our TA and tied it to preceding years profit for the noncontract employee "raise." This has to help our case for higher rates and keeping the PS unchanged.
