No crystal ball--but one pontential outcome if the LOA is voted down is some of the slots are filled with new hires. Tough duty without the extra cash (tough duty with it...) but it might be ticket onto the team.
Should be a clearer picture in about 30 days...
If your sponsor did a M&G with DM we probably don't want you here.
In all seriousness, keep the app. updating going as I know they look at that when they are going through boards to select pilots for interviews. Everyone points at FE numbers to say how overstaffed we are now, but I still got called 3 times for draft my last 3 weeks off.
Must be the ANC fishing season sickness.
