Navy buddy went to one of those conferences/conventions, was told you might want to do some community service.
Funny thing is, military guys are trained to go out and kill people because our politicians cannot figure things out and in order to get hired, they want a Boy Scout on their resume.
That ridiculous. I'm sure that guy had been on numerous deployments away from his family. If that isn't community service, I don't know what is.
I wonder if the wholly owned carriers are requiring volunteer work on the resume to get hired since a WO new hire will eventually be at mainline.
