There are VERY different career levels at UPS depending on when one was hired. Nothing new or earth shattering about that. But the failure to recognize that a 1988 hire, a 1995 hire, a 2001 hire, a 2008 hire and a 2015 hire will achieve very different levels of compensation, benefits and job security is foolish.
