Since you're asking specifically about IND I'm going to assume you live within driving distance so your QOL will be better than one who commutes. As any out station's schedules, start and end times will typically be early start and late finish. IND typically has more desirable layovers than some of the other bases (i.e. NAS, EYW). As far as I know the only time IND has been closed is on the 145, but that is a dying fleet type. I'm not sure off hand of the other questions without being a guess.
