Feel free to stick your heads in the sand but people fly on AA because they must not because they want to. That is reserved for DAL, JetBlue, SWA and Virgin America. They will gut us. Just look how much capacity those four carriers have added recently while still keeping load factors and yields in check. Those were our customers once, not anymore.

Look at how our front line employees treat our customers. This is management's fault, they pay crap wages and expect good people to show up for work. Ha!
