Take Name User through a filter. Not to bring politics into it, but he suffers from liberal guilt, he feels inadequate about his ability to get hired, and negative about the company. Classic blame America kind of thought process, but now "blame American" He speaks for himself, everybody in my new hire class was qualified to be hired anywhere else, and all good dudes.

Pilots at every airline complain...customers complain about every airline, yes even Delta and SWA...they buy the cheapest ticket or use a carrier that hubs near them to get mileage status.

On a day to day basis, this is a pretty dang good job. Take that through a filter as well, since it's my first airline job.
