No TA rumors. We just signed a TA. No pay improvements on the horizon. Current negotiations are focused on QOL issues.
Current reserve times are at and above 4 years. Thus is because the company currently sees fit to put 40% of the list on reserve, which is unheard of. We blame it on overstaffing, there's not enough block hours to create lines for all the pilots so the company chooses to put a large percentage on reserve and give them little pieces of flying continuously as "busy work". Hopefully that will change once the flow to AA picks up and pilots leave to other airlines.
Upgrades are ~8 years or so.
