The 757 Jumpseat is fine. Pull the back off the seat and stick it against the armrest. Face sideways and use your rolling bag as a footrest and it's much better then coach. I sleep pretty good that way.
I'll one up you... I have found that you can take the cushion and sit on it with your back against the door and rest you head against the indented wall and stick your feet out behind the FO. I feel less "perched" than when trying to sit sideways. Obviously ask the captain first or he might put you on the FA jumpseat...............
