Is the majority of open time published as CDO's or did it all get eaten up awfully quick? I'm DTW 200 FO and there were only like 2 non CDO's left in February open time when I checked an hour after they were published. Do they typically add trips to open time as the month goes on?

DTW 200 FO reserve grid is severely negative all month too. Is that normal when they first publish?
