I took this from the UAL TA passed forum, I have not personally verified the info is correct. That said, I don't think there's a plane out there where TA1 would've paid a better rate than what UAL is now getting without giving up any concessions. Unless of course you consider a boatload of concessions and a 6% trade of PS for pay rates the same as a flat 6% raise without concessions or a PS trade. Then the
pay rates are pretty close.
