There's a few questions I have about Boutique. First, it says they hire FOs with only CMEL and instrument. How difficult is it to get hired with those minimums? Second, how many hours does the average FO fly per month? Third, is PHX a junior base? Lastly, since I'm 19 would I be better off just being a CFI or is this a better choice?
I'm going to fly ~65 hours this month. Go instruct for awhile. They've hired fresh commercial certificate guys in the past but sounds like some have failed out of training.
