Over all I felt the training was good, but the time between sim and IOE was unacceptable. This won't be an issue now as they are adequately staffed with check airman, sim instructors , and the less pilots to train.
Just to give a better idea about the current timeline, my buddy started class the first week of November and he is currently doing IOE.
