Just wanted to clarify on this topic (and end any rumors right here).

Everybody on the Compass seniority list that has been hired off the street (IE not at Compass via NWA flow down process), has been hired either as a manager or as a street captain.

Captain minimums (per the just signed Compass Pilot Agreement) are 2500TT/1000ME or 2000TT/1500ME. To my knowledge no waivers to this upgrade requirement have been granted (which requires MEC approval), although a couple of folks there don't have any experience as turbine PIC (they were "career FO's" at other airlines).

I know of no "400TT" pilots at compass, and wouldn't expect them in the near future given the number of applications they have from much more qualified individuals.
