I've noticed the seniority list steady at 1200 for over six months, recent class sizes of 5 and delayed deliveries might indicate the growth is over. The seniority list is probably fat enough to add another 6 or so planes and after that 700/900s can probably only be added as 200 replacements without real growth well above 1200 from the seniority list.
You didn't listen to the conference call then. MEC Chair met with Flannery recently and the delivery schedule hasn't changed. The upgrade rate is still going to be pretty steady. The reason for only 5 in the last is cause of that massive class of 30 they just had. Word is February hiring is looking great surprisingly. Also, the rumor of parking 200s is completely false right now, and we have enough pilots right now to take in a good bit of aircraft and not be short staffed to be point of parking planes. Growth isn't close to over yet. But the growth will be entirely dependent on management and how they plan to increase QOL and attract new hires.
