Here's an update for you.

Back in September, 2014 they got new management that is making some positive changes. For CFIs, the biggest things are the salary pay structure that ranges from ~$39-$42K/yr with pretty good benefits, new-hire bonus, and free housing for new-hires.

They are also the training provider for Central Washington University's Bachelor of Aviation Science program. Although the transition into the program did not go well, things are looking up. I'd definitely give them a serious look.
