There's probably lots of routes between Colombia, Honduras, and the Caribbean Basin..but not so sure you can log those 'kinds' of hours

I don't know about South America, but there are plenty of low hour puddle jumping outfits in the Caribbean...not sure how low hour you are looking for though.
