De-iced procedure failure
Looking for some insight.
Tail mounted engine aircraft.
Wx conditions: freezing rain/drizzle
Aircraft conditions: contaminated
Aircraft not de-iced type 1(heated), only anti iced type iv (non heated)
Aircraft dispatched.
Aircraft failed to take off due to airfield conditions and returned to gate.
Prior to second dispatch aircraft properly de-iced/anti-ice
