The way I read that is on day 1 of reserve I am allowed to commute on that day. Can anyone confirm or deny? I've been through the contract and am having a hard time finding the reference.

Cheers.
You basically get to use your callout time (1:45 all bases other than NYC, NYC is 2:00) to commute in...so basically if your reserve period starts at 10:00 AM and you are commuting to NYC you can coordinate an arrival that gets you in by 12:00. Like someone else said you just have to be ready to head to a flight after you hit the ground if they need you
