Anybody want to provide specifics on why this is the case?

I'm new to the regional game in the US and understand that Republic has had its issues in the past, but when you look at the comparisons on AeroCrew etc. Republic generally has better contractual terms.

I'm surprised that some airlines only provide double occupancy, this is generally against the labor code in Canada so I'm not used to seeing this. Not that I think someone should base their career decision on this - just really surprised me!
