I have been called for several JRMs lately, but with a twist. They are breaking up a trip (a 4 day) and asking about doing the first day of it with a deadhead back the next day for JRM and then the rest of the trip ends up in open time for a short period of time then it's gone (presumably to a reserve that has the coverage). Has anyone in another base noticed this trend? It has been happening a lot lately. I hope no one is wasting a JRM on a 9 hour pairing. I wonder if this is a new strategy they are trying?
